The Museum employs approximately 50 people and offers job opportunities across a broad range of careers from entry level to professional. The Museum employs staff in curatorial fields, development and marketing, public relations, education, and visitor services. Positions are also available from time to time in the business related fields of finance, information systems and human resources.

Health Benefits:
The Museum currently offers Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts HMO Blue for individuals and family to all eligible employees.
Dental:
Dental Blue is offered to all eligible employees with a choice of individual or family coverage.
Life Insurance:
Life insurance is offered all eligible employees at one times salary up to a maximum of $50,000.
Sick Time:
Sick leave is available for all eligible employees. Full-time employees accrue one day per month; part-time employees accrue on a pro-rated basis.
Long Term Disability:
The Museum provides coverage at 60% of base pay after 60 days of disability.
Pension Plan:
After one full year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in the Museum’s SEP IRA plan.
Paid Vacation:
The Museum provides a generous paid vacation allowance to all eligible employees.
Holidays:
Full time employees receive 11 paid holidays per year and part time employees receive holidays on a pro- rated basis.
