RESERVATIONS: $35 per person; $25 for Museum members. Museum parking is free.

LOWELL, Mass. - Dessert lovers in search of a sweet time will find an evening of show tunes with the Winiker Orchestra and some of the region's most creative confections at Silk 'n Satin - the fourth annual valentine to the community hosted by the Trustees of the American Textile History Museum on Friday, February 7, 2003 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.

The evening, a Museum fundraiser, will feature delicious desserts from area restaurants, specialty shops and caterers, great entertainment, raffles, and a chance for a private viewing of the Museum's newest special exhibition, Reflections: Fashion, Dolls and the Art of Growing Up. At the heart of the evening will be the guests themselves, who are invited to come as they are, or dress as their favorite Guy or Doll from the silver screen.

Silk 'n Satin committee chair is Katherine Dietz. Committee members are Jane Demers, Debbie French, Mona Guercia, and Sue Werthen. Tickets are $35 per person, $25 for Museum members. For ticket information, please call the Advancement office at 978.441.0400 x 246.
